Well, I roughed out about half of the solo and it's fairly accurate.
After about 1:26 on the CD I have trouble hearing everything, but if you
really care it sounds like he kind of runs down the scale and then comes back
up ending on the F# I have at 1:40. The chord progression through the solo
is just D and G. Here is the G major scale on the proper place of the neck,
I think the whole solo is played at this neck position:
